This automatic width adjustment ensures that variations in fabric size are corrected instantly, maintaining alignment without manual intervention.

In addition, the system helps detect and eliminate fabric defects by keeping the material in the correct position under constant and uniform tension. The use of load cells provides closed-loop tension control, critical for high-speed operations where stability and accuracy are essential.
