Operation Process:

  1. Material Monitoring

  3. Voltage and Pressure Adjustment
    • As material is let off, the voltage sent to the E-P converter decreases proportionately.
    • The E-P converter translates voltage changes into corresponding air pressure adjustments.
    • Lower voltage results in decreased air pressure, reducing tension on the material.

How It Works:
